Catherine Skinner Married her First Cousin. She had only one Girl, Marie. She had two children before marrying Warren. Both were boys; one was killed in a house fire and one was adopted out.

Mrs. Catherine Lula Allen, 55, a resident of Rt. 1, Box 391, Gulfport died at 6:15 a.m. at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. Mrs. Allen was born March 29, 1922, in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident of the Coast. She was the widow of Warren and was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Long Beach. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Marie Scott of Alexandria, La.; one step-son, Russell Allen of Orange Grove Community; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Margaret Ratcliff of Gulfport; one sister, Mrs. Mary Ellen Campos of Columbus, GA.; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Thursday at the Riemann Memorial Funeral Home, Highway 49 North. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday from the funeral home chapel with The Rev. James Beech, pastor of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Allen Cemetery in Long Beach.
