With much regret we announce the death of Miss Cecelia Owens, who died last evening at 5 o'clock at the home of her parents, Mr and Mrs John Owens of Acad[e]my street. Her death was due to lung trouble, from which she had suffered for some time.
Deceased was 24 years of age and was a member of the M E church and was held in high esteem. Besides her parents she is survived by the following brothers and sisters: William Owens, at home; John Montjoy of Forty Fort; Mrs John Sheer, of this town, and Mrs Charles Coleman, of Kingston.
