KINGS MOUNTAIN - Betty Allen DeVeney, 85, of Kings Mountain, died July 31, 2010, at Cleveland Pines Nursing Home, Shelby.

She was born in Cleveland County to the late Irvin M. Allen Sr. and Maude Weathers Allen.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010, at Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm. Monday Aug. 2, 2010, at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain.
