Mrs. Celina DePriest, 89, died at her home in Alverton, Wednesday morning, May 3, 1939, at 6 o'clock of a complication of diseases. She was the mother of the late D. Robert DePriest of Masontown. She was born at Jane Lou, W. Va. Surviving are three children, Fredrick O. of Mount Pleasant, Roy and Pearl DePriest of Alverton; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Church of God, Alverton, Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will follow in the Alverton cemetery.
