MRS. FANNIE BEDFORD.
ELDON - Mrs. Fannie Bedford, 78, died at 1:45 p.m. Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Huffman, three and a half miles west of Eldon. She had been in ill health two years and seriously ill five days.
She was born in Milo, Iowa and spent most of her life around Floris. In 1910 she was married to Hugh Bedford, who died in 1936. A daughter died in 1919.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Huffman of Eldon, and Miss Theresa Bedford of Moline, Ill., a sistere, Mrs. Olive Lowe of Iowa Falls, three stepchildren and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Floris Bible Baptist church, the Rev. Charles Olmstead of Floris in charge. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at Floris.
