MONTICELLO- Services were to be held at 11 a.m. today at Hartman-Wilson Funeral Home chapel for Beron Lambert, 78, of Rt. 2, Monticello, who died Wednesday at Hinds General Hospital.
The Rev. Bernice Fleming and the Rev. Reggie Smith were to officiate. Interment was to be in the Forrest Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Lambert was a farmer and a member of the Tilton United Methodist Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruby S. Lambert; a son, Currie Lambert of Monticello; a daughter, Mrs. Cathy Vernon of Jackson; two sister, Mrs. Florence Nelson of Monticello and Mrs. Bessie Armstrong of Petal; and five grandchildren.
