Pearl Mattice

Pearl Mattice, 100, of Salem, Oregon and formerly of Twin Falls, died Wednesday, January 31, 1996, at her home.
She was born February 7, 1895, in Nebraska, the daughter of Pembrook and Lydia Aditha Smith Burt. On July 18, 1915, she married Thomas A. Mattice in Kansas. They moved to Idaho from Missouri on June 5, 1936, and lived in Filer before moving to Twin Falls, in 1945. In May of 1989, she moved to Salem to live with her daughter, Iona Nelson.
Mrs. Mattice was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Orville (Phyllis) Mattice of Wendell and Charles (Rosie) Mattice of Twin Falls; three daughters, Ada Sharp of Lewiston, Vera (Donald) Breeding of Rupert and Iona (Gaile) Nelson of Salem, Oregon; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be held at 1 P:M: Monday, February 5, 1996, at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls, with the Rev. Kendrick Gould officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. Saturday and Sunday at White Mortuary in Twin Falls.
