Born October 2, 1870 in New Jersey, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Donovan. Lizzie married John C. Wilson in Delaware and they relocated with the two oldest children, Paris and Mamie to Highland KS, where the third child Stella was born. Lizzie Wilson filed for divorce from John C. Wilson October 1, 1907 at St. Joseph. Lizzie and children later removed to Monrovia Kansas.
She later married Jack Vesta Custer of Albany, MO. Mrs. Custer passed on December 6th, 1934 in Kansas City, Missouri. A homemaker she was survived by her husband, Vesta Custer of 1330 Charlotte St. Kansas City, Missouri and her son Paris, also of Kansas City. Other survivors are a sister, Anna Bishop, Monrovia and two brothers, Jim Donovan, Horton, and Andy Donovan, of Monrovia.
Burial was in the Monrovia cemetery, Monrovia Kansas, December 8, 1934
