PORTSMOUTH - Mary Williams Frank, 84, of Cypress Road, died July 21, 2010 in Orlando, FL. A native of Wilson, NC, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William A. Simpson; second husband, Walter R. Frank Jr; and a sister, Effie Williams Johnson. Mrs. Frank retired from General Electric. Survivors include one sister, Stella Carraway of Maryland; one sister-in-law, Lucille Spence of Portsmouth; three nieces, Doris Joyner of Orlando, FL, Mary Frances Johnson of Wilson, NC, and Jean Taylor of Baltimore, MD; and two stepgrandchildren, Walter R. Frank IV and Dana Marie Lagna. Funeral will be held Tuesday, July 27, in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev.
