"George Ballew was son of Robert Pleasant Ballew & Nancy Jane Blain. They came to Texas in 1875 and settled in Denton County. Robert died in 1899 and is buried at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Denton. Nancy Jane died in 1929 in Washington Co., AR." Virginia Brown
