Died at his home near Mingo. Born in Alabama, was reared in Missouri, came to Denton county about twenty-five years ago and has lived since that time near Denton and part of the time in the city. A wife and nine children are left to whom we all extend the tenderest sympathy.

home, northeast of here, Saturday night, aged about 60
years. The deceased was a federal soldier and was a member
of the G. A. R.
