Everette's death ~
He was horseracing with his father Jim through downtown Pound before the roads were hardtopped. They met up with a car, which frightened the horses. Everette's horse reared up, causing the saddle to turn sideways, getting Everette's foot caught. The horse dragged him a ways before Everette fell off. He lived three days after the accident.
