Frank E. Frommer, 81, Valley Falls, died Monday, Aug. 27, 1990 at Jefferson County Memorial Hospital, Winchester.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church at Valley Falls. Burial will be in Valley Falls Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday at Nellis Funeral Home at Valley Falls. Memorials are suggested to Calvary Baptist Church, Valley Falls, or the American Heart Association.
Mr. Frommer was born Sept. 5, 1909, at Schuyler, Neb., the son of John and Fannie Svoboda Frommer. He moved with his parents to Kansas at the age of 11 and lived in the Coal Creek Community north of Valley Falls and attended Coal Creek Grade School.
He was a farmer.
Mr. Frommer was baptized May 1 1966, at Pleasant Grove Christian Church at Nortonville and most recently atended Calvary Baptist Church at Valley Falls.
He married Hazel Davis on Feb. 7, 1934, at Holton. She survives. A son, Donald Rodney Frommer, died June 7, 1969.
Additional survivors include a daughter, Alleta Oswald, Muscotah; a sister, Lydia Elston, Omaha, Neb.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
