Mrs. Willie T. White, 61, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harold Flanagan of 1016 East Side Drive, about 6 pm Thursday. She had been ill about nine months.
Born July 9, 1895 in Cass Co., Texas, Mrs. White had been a resident of Texarkana for the past six years moving here from Oklahoma City.
She was a member of the Calvary Assembly Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. E. J. Lee of Riverside, Calif. and Mrs. Flanagan; three sisters, Miss Lillie Beal of Weatherford, Texas, Mrs. Rosie Daves of Weatherford, and Mrs. Mildred Harwell of Houston, Texas; four brothers, Leonard Beal and L.N. Beal of Texarkana, Looney Beal of LaPorte, Texas and Leon Beal of Houston; two grandchildren, and five great-greatchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body will remain at the Texarkana Funeral Home pending completition of funeral arrangements.
