Mr. Rion,72, of near Elkton, died Saturday evening at his home following an illness of two years. He was a son of the late John Rion and a veteran of WW I and a member of the American Legion Post No. 27 here since 1925.
His wife, Mae Heiston Rion, preceded him in death, June 6, 1954. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Alice Hensley, Mrs. Edna Sigafoose and Mrs. Helen Eye; two sons James Floyd and John Edward Rion; and seven grandchildren, all of Elkton.
