Alice Inez Ragus Brock was born in 1912 in Pioneer, Louisiana(West Carroll Parish) to George Perry Ragus and Ella Tallulah Sessums Ragus. She married William D. Brock jr. and had 5 children. They moved to Minden LA about 1961 and were members of Eastside Missionary Baptist Church. Wm. Brock died in Minden in 1977,and she moved to Clinton, Arkansas in 1983 where she died in 1999.
