Yazzie's hobbies included fixing up old saddles. He made Native American Church Instruments such as gourds, rattles, fans, drum sticks, staffs, cedar bags and did carvings.
Survivors include his companion, Terissa Gorman; children, Shelby, LenDale, LaDale, Nelteria, Angelicia; parents, Dale Yazzie Sr., Bah B. Yazzie; brothers, Jordon Yazzie, Gordon Yazzie; sisters, Victoria Jones, Dianna Soto.
Pallbearers will be Billy L. Yazzie, Jordon Yazzie, Kelvin Watchman, Stanley L. Yazzie, Andrew Brown, Martin Soto.
