Clarence Clark McLatchie 52, resident of Ogden Utah died at the family residence last Friday of a heart ailment.
Mr McLatchie was born in Afton on July 19, 1892 and was the son of Edmund and Rebecca June Humphery McLatchie.
He left Afton when 18 years of age and moved to Kaysville, Utah and later to Ogden. He was a good church worker and has been employed as a railway mail clerk for a number of years.
He is survived by his widow one son and two daughters, one half brother, Miles Murphy, two half sisters, Mrs A.L. Shores of Cal. and Mrs Effie Billings of Salt Lake City, and Mrs Susie Smith of Afton.
Most of his folks will be remembered by all the middle aged people of Afton.
