In his will, he mentions "my beloved wife Elizabeth Latshaw," "my Son Abraham Latshaw," "all my children, namely Solomon Latshaw, Isaac Latshaw, Mary Flanaman, Peter Latshaw, Elizabeth Burkholder, John Latshaw, Sarah Treator, Hannah Burkholder, Eve Wright, Joseph Latshaw, George Latshaw and Catherine Ester." [Elizabeth was evidently his 2nd wife, as Marlena (Schneider) Latshaw had died about 1779.] Since Abraham wasn't listed with all the other children, but was listed separately with an indication that he needed care, he must have had either a physical or mental handicap. Executors were John Townsend and Robert Boyd. The will was dated 18 Feb 1819.
Elmer Q. Gleim, in "Brethren Heritage Along the Big Conewago," after listing the children of Joseph as found in his will, states that Isaac Latshaw (1764-1833) was married to Anna Fahnestock (1763-1851), the daughter of Dietrich (1733-1816) and Esther Bauman Fahnestock (1740-1792.) However, I've now read the will of Dietrich Fahnestock, and there is no mention of a daughter Anna nor of any daughter having married a Latshaw, so I doubt that Anna was a daughter of Dietrich.
