"I, Mary Biscarro, residing at San Miguel in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California being first duly sworn, upon my oath declare that, I am the mother of Annabell Biscarro, that she was born in San Miguel, in the County of San Luis Obispo, on the 16 day of November, 1914; that she was baptised at San Miguel Mission on November 24th, 1914; that Dr. L. D. Murphy was the attending physician.

"What price noise-making in a Market street beer parlor?
Annabel Biscarro, 21, 1791 McAllister street, contemplates the cost of disturbing the peace after being found guilty yesterday by Municipal Judge O'Brien. Annabel, a wee lass, said, naughty things to a polite police officer, night before last, after she and several sailor boy friends were told to pipe down. Another friend, Inez Duran, 28, was arrested with her. They'll both be sentenced today."

"Lloyd E. and Anne Horne of Roseville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 13 at a dinner
hosted by their daughter and family in the Eldorado Hotel in Reno, Nevada.
The couple were married July 13, 1941 in Reno. They lived in San Francisco and San Mateo prior to moving to Roseville two years ago. They have one child, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Attending the party were the couple's daughter, Linda I. McNair and her husband Ross of Citrus Heights; grandchildren Shawna Dreith of Citrus Heights and Sandra Vaught with her spouse Fred of Fair Oaks; and great-grandson Jeremy Vaught.
Other guests included Lloyd Horne's brothers Melvin, with wife Grace, and Alton with wife Ruth, all of Roseville, and his sister, Maxine Woodward and spouse Clifford of Hisperia.
Guests who attended also the wedding in 1941 were Anne Horne's sister Irene Hall of Roseville and niece Marilyn Meyer of Roseville."
