Funeral services were conducted at the Union Church, Picher Oklahoma, with the Rev. Tomlin officiating. The family resided at 410 So. Connell, Picher Oklahoma. Green funeral home, Picher, will be in charge of the funeral services.

Besides his parents he is survived by grandparents Henry Clayton Earp and Nancy Durham Earp of Spiro Oklahoma and Robert Manual Garland and Celia Tillman Garland Haggerty of Picher Oklahoma. The Rev. H. D. Tomlin, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated.
