Richard "Dick" Angle, 57, of Olney, died Sunday, June 4, 1995 at 7:50 p.m. at his residence.

Services will be at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Mark C. Myers and Rev. Oren Mulvany officiating. Burial will be in the Crest Haven Cemetery in Claremont. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home.

Memorials will be made to the Hospice of Southeastern Illinois.

Angle was born June 23, 1937, the son of Dale and Marie (Baker) Angle. He married Joyce Gillespie Nov. 15, 1956.

He was employed by Rich-Law for 34 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Olney.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce, of Olney; four sons, Jack Angle and his wife Susan of Browns; Joe Angle and his wife Dreana, of Mansfield, Jim Angle and his wife Lil, and Jarred Angle and his wife Debbie, all of Olney; three brothers, Harold Angle, Gerald Angle and Don Angle, all of Chauncey; and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
