Jerry Bewley, 61, Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Aledo, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2001, in Phoenix.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Aledo Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Roseville Cub Scout Pack 336. Trimble Funeral Home, Aledo, is in charge of arrangements.
Jerry was born May 8, 1940, in North Henderson Township, Mercer County, to Jesse L. and Velma M. (Mosley) Bewley. He was previously married to Gloria Baker.
Jerry was a veteran of the United States Army.
Jerry is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Barry and Kimberly Bewley, Roseville, and Tim Bewley and Roberta Morris, Gladstone, Ill.; a daughter, Becky Bewley-Rush, and her husband, Derek, Larkspur, Calif.; two grandsons, Justin and Lucas Bewley; a sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Bill McKinley of Andalusia; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Darlene Bewley, Coal Valley, C. Kenneth and Janice Bewley, Gilbert, Ariz., and Daryl and Mary Dale Bewley and Bill and Arlene Bewley, Aledo; and a sister-in-law, Patsy Bewley, Aledo. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert.
