Lydia Taylor, 65, of Bloomington died at 1:55 am today at her home. Death followed an illness of six weeks. A native of Wayne County, Kentucky, Mrs. Taylor was born March 8, 1902, to Charles and Louanna Jane Keith Thompson. She was united in marriage to Shelvy Everett Taylor on March 19, 1919, in Kentucky. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Frank and Starlin of Bloomington; six daughters, Mrs. Mae Decker, Mrs. Betty King, Mrs. Jennie Abshear, Mrs. Grace Dunnigan, Mrs. Elsie Haynes and Mrs. Fredia Lenord; four brothers, Rathmiel, Robert, William and Arter Thompson; four sisters, Alice Powell, Bessie Phillips, Ottie Phillips and Pearlie Kidd.
