Burial was in Belah Cemetery in Jena under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
Mrs. Tingle died Tuesday at LaSalle General Hospital in Jena after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include her husband, Homer Tingle of Jena; two sons, C. W. Tingle and Red Tingle, both of Jena; one brother, R. R. Foley of Trout; two sisters, Mrs. Eunice Jackson of Springhill and Mrs. Mae Kelley of Pineville; two half-sisters, Mrs. Deny Yancy of Goodpine and Mrs. Mattie Thurman of Monroe; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
