Foley died at 5:30 a.m. Friday in the LaSalle General Hospital.
He was a water well driller.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Foley of Trout; one daughter, Marsha Foley Gibson of Jena; three sons, Mike A. Foley and Reginald Foley, both of Jena, and J. R. Foley of Mesquite, Texas; two sisters, Mae Kelly of Pineville and Eunice Jackson of Springhill; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
