Obituary:
Mrs. Pauline F. Bollinger, 84, Pottstown, formerly of Mount Union, died early Friday morning, Dec. 27, 1996, at Pottstown Hospital following a brief illness. She was born May 13, 1912, in Hollidaysburg, the daughter of Fred and Alice (Eckard) Adams. She was raised in the home of her stepfather, James Lyons of Loop Station. She married Moreland W. Bollinger Sr. June 15, 1940, in Winchester, Va. He died Aug. 19, 1996. Mrs. Bollinger was a member of Mount Union Presbyterian Church. She was a registered nurse and was previously employed at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, and also as a private duty nurse. Mrs. Bollinger was a 1930 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and a 1935 graduate of the J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Mount Union Eastern Star, Mountainview Rebecca Lodge and Shirleysburg Grange. Surviving are a son, Moreland W. Jr. of St. Peters; a brother, Harry of Hollidaysburg and a stepsister, Mary Snowberger of Loop Station. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, Mount Union.
BOLLINGER – Services for Pauline F. Bollnger of Pottstown, formerly of Mount Union, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Mount Union Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Robert Walsh. Interment at Mount Union Cemetery. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, Mount Union, where an Eastern Star memorial service wll be held at 7:30 p.m.
