I CANNOT IN GOOD FAITH PUT HER IN THIS KILLION FAMILY, BECAUSE I DO NOT BELIEVE SHE IS A DAUGHTER IN THIS FAMILY. I HAVE SEEN A LIST OF THE KILLION CHILDREN OF GOODWIN AND NANCY JANE THARP AND SHE IS NOT LISTED AS ONE OF THEM.

**Note
ON 10/29/2010 I WENT TO THE ANDERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN PALESTINE, TEXAS AND DISCOVERED THE WILL OF GOODWIN KILLION.
A WITNESS ON HIS WILL WAS B.H. KENNEDY. WHAT DOES THIS TELL ME? I COULD NOT FIND HIS CHILDREN LISTED IN HIS WILL, EXCEPT TWO OR THREE HE PROVIDED LAND. THERE IS DEFINITELY A RELATIONSHIP WITH B.H. KENNEDY AND (WIFE ELIZA PROBABLY). BUT IS SHE A DAUGHTER? I HAVE ALSO FOUND LAND TRANSACTIONS FROM JOHN ANDERSON KILLION AFTER THE DEATH OF GOODWIN KILLION TO B. H. KENNEDY, AND FOUND A TRANSACTION OF LAND DEEDED TO ELIZABETH KILLION FROM THE ESTATE OF GOODWIN KILLION BY JOHN ANDERSON KILLION, WITNESSED BY B. H. KENNEDY. I BELIEVE THIS ELIZABETH KILLION TO BE THE DAUGHTER OF GOODWIN'S SON PERRY T. KILLION.

------

~~Eliza married B.H. Kennedy in Mississippi. B.H. was born in Mississippi. He brought his wife Eliza and children to Cherokee County, Texas and then to Anderson County.
They settled in the Elkhart area. (Even though there was not an Elkhart then). Possibility he was a relative of the Kennedy's already settled in the area.~~
Their children were;
Martha Jane b. 1840 b. Miss.
William Henry (son) b. 1842 Miss.
Mary Virginia b. 1844 Miss.
Cicero (son) b. 1848 Miss.
Augustus Eugene. (Gus) b. 1855 Texas

**I was unable to find a marriage license on them to prove her maiden name, due to a fire in Choctaw County Courthouse that burn all the records of the time period they were married.**

This is my G-G-G-Grandmother through Martha Jane Kennedy Watts, Conaway, Quarles.
Conaway being my line.

Been unable to trace what happened to William Henry Kennedy and Cicero Kennedy. Two of their sons.

***Martha Jane does not show in their household in any of the census before she was married. I do not know who she was living with.
I know for a fact she is their daughter, due to a land deed of her daughter Emma Conaway Bennett. It shows that Martha Jane Quarles is her mother and B. H. and Eliza Kennedy are her grandparents. Regarding land bequeathed to her by her grandparents, B.H. and Eliza Kennedy.
