Lexington - Services for David "Rabbit" K. Corley, 87, will be held at Pilgrim Lutheran Church Friday, December 5, 2003, at 11 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Rusty Sullivan and the Rev. Hilton Roof. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Pilgrim Lutheran Church, Lutheran Hospice or to the Alzheimer's Association. Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, Lexington Chapel, is in charge. Mr. Corley died Tuesday, December 2, 2003. Born in Lexington County, he was a son of the late Walter L. Corley and Ella Kaminer Corley. He was a member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, Bernice Eloise Conner Corley; daughter and son-in-law, Myra and Jean Boyd; sons and daughters-in-law, Russell and Shelia Corley, Jerry and Barbara Corley; grandchildren, Heather and Heath Corley; brothers, M.K., Jack and Wilbur Corley all of Lexington; sister, Gladys LeFevre of Columbia.
