Floyd B. Warner, 66, 30 Baltimore Street, died this morning in Carlisle Hospital.
Born February 13, 1907 in Bloserville, he was a son of the late Brady and Bessie Garlin Warner
Before his retirement March 1, 1972, he had been employed by Carlisle Shoe Company for about 30 years. He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, the Men's Bible Class of the Sunday School, and the Loyal Order of Moose, Carl.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Gladys Trostle Warner; a son Larry Floyd Warner, Newark, Del.; five sisters, Mrs. Lulu Penner, Mt. Mount Holly Springs; Mrs. Stella Finkenbinder, Plainfield; Mrs. Marion Prosser, Newville; Mrs. Florence Brehm, 70 Fairview Street, Carlisle; Mrs. Romaine Throne, Plainfield; and two grandchildren.
The funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the G. Book Roth Funeral Home, Walnut Bottom Road at Belvedere Street, Carlisle. The Rev. Dr. Gerald D. Kauffman, his pastor will officiate. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Friday evening at the funeral home.
