Stella C. Finkenbinder, 84, formerly of Plainfield, died this morning in Cumberland County Nursing Home.

She was born in Perry County, was a former employee of the former Carlisle Diner, was a member of Good Shepherd Community United Methodist Church, a former member of the former Greason United Methodist Church, and was the widow of Arthur Rea Finkenbinder.

Surviving are four sons, Ralph, Marlin, Richard and Carl Finkenbinder, Plainfield; two daughters, Gladys Bricker, Plainfield and Frances Kutz, Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Florence Brehm and Marian Prosser, Carlisle; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St. with the Rev. James Wenrich and the Rev. Joseph Ritter officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services.
