Mrs. Helen M. Honafius, nee Smith, wife of Harry E. Honafius, 342 North Twenty-first Street, passed away Thursday morning at home of coronary thrombosis. She was 46 years of age and a member of St. Luke's Evangelical United Brethren Church of West Lebanon. Aside from her husband, she leaves three sons: Harry Jr., Elwood, and Harold, all of this city; two daughters, Mrs. Bernice Fegley and Mrs. Christine Troxell, both of this city; four grandchildren, six brothers: Harvey Smith, this city; Daniel, Annville; Arthur, Hershey; Charles, Reading, and Frank and Earl, both of Chicago. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Rohland Parlors, Fifth and Cumberland Streets, for Mrs. Helen M. (Smith) Honafius, wife of Harry E. Honafius of 324 North Twenty-first Street. Rev. C. V. Hendrickson, pastor of St. Luke's Evangelical United Brethren Church, West Lebanon, officiated, assisted by Rev. H. A. Cook, pastor of Grace Independent Church, West Lebanon. Interment was at Ebenezer Cemetery, with the following serving as bearers: Arthur Grose, Clarence Bentz, David Fertig, Arthur Clemens, Harold Peiffer and Eugene Woodley.
