He was captured by the Germans in Oct. 1918 , and remained a Prisoner Of War until the war's end .
He is one of The Original " Red Devils " ,a nickname given to them by the Germans who fought them for their Hard Fighting and Bravery .
May We Always Remember Their Service and Sacrifice on our Country's Behalf . Brave Men who went " Over There " to fight the Great War .
