Pauline L. Barnett, 80 of East Jordan, did Friday, Nov. 27, 1998 at Grandvue Medical Care Facility in East Jordan.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. today, Monday Nov. 30 at the Paullin-Penzien Funeral Home in East Jordan. The Rev. Eugene L. Baughan of the East Jordan United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, East Jordan. Pauline was born May 1, 1918 in East Jordan. he grew up in Flint until she moved to East Jordan in 1926. She attended East Jordan Public Schools
In June of 1936 she married E. C. Barnett in East Jordan. He preceded her in death on Jan. 22, 1968.
Pauline worked as a welder for Gulf and Western in East Jordan from 1954 until her retirement in 1980.
She also worked at the East Jordan canning factory for many years.
Pauline was a member of the Jassamine Rebekah Lodge No. #65. in East Jordan. She enjoyed cooking, reading and traveling.
