Francis William Parker was born to Joshua Parker (1809-1880) and Drusilla Dickenson Hartley (1894-1921). He married Elizabeth Amelia Tuckfield (1863-1937), daughter of James Richard Tuckfield (1832-1878) and Elizabeth Mary Tyler (1834-1914), in Oct 1883 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had four children: (1) Mary P. Parker (1884-1968); (2) Bessie Parker (1886-1891); (3) Burdette "Birdie" Parker (1888-1974); and (4) Franklin Orson Parker (1890-1973). They divorced between 1890 & 1900. He never remarried.

"OBITUARY - PARKER, FRANK WILLIAM, Monday, May 11, 1925, Salt Lake Tribune, p. 5:
Funeral services for for Frank William Parker, 74, who died Saturday [May 9] in a Salt Lake hospital, will be held at the Kingdom & Lees chapel, 109 North Fifth West Street, Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., Bishop Joseph H. Lake will preside. Interment will be in the city cemetery. Mr. Parker was formerly a quartz miner."
