"Mrs. Maren Kolbrak, 77, 535 Third Street, died today at the home of her son, Edward Kolbrak, following an illness of a year. She was born Feb. 18, 1863, in Oslo, Norway, and after coming to the United States had made her home in Green Bay. She was a practical nurse and an active member of the Ladies' Aid society of Trinity Lutheran church of which she was a member. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Emma Hansen and Mrs. Carrie Hornibrook, one son, Edward Kolbrak Sr., all of Green Bay; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild...."

"Funeral services for Mrs. Maren Kolbrak, 77, 535 Third Street, who died Tuesday at the home of her son, Edward Kolbrak, following an illness of a year, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran church by the Rev. T.S. Hanson. Burial will be in Fort Howard cemetery...."
