Andrew was baptized Andreas August Wicke on November 16, 1877 at St. Paul's Lutheran church, Moserville, Ontario, Canada.

He immigrated to the United States and lived in Detroit, Wayne county, Michigan. Andrew was married to Delia.

In the 1920 census, Andrew is listed as a machinist in an auto factory and his immigration was in 1896.

In the 1930 census, his immigration was in 1892. In this census there is a large descrepancy in Delia's age compared to what was stated in 1920. In the 1920 census, Delia's age was 32, born in Ireland. In the 1930 census, Delia's age was 64, born in Michigan.

The 1930 & 1940 censuses also show a Roland Stevens living with Andrew and Delia. Relationship to head is shown as grandson.

So Roland, born December 2, 1912 in Michigan, would be Delia's grandson. Roland is the son of William J. Stevens and Myrtle Kenney who were married March 20, 1909.
William J. Stevens was the son of William H. Stevens and Delia Hanley.
