MRS. BETTY IRBY
Mrs. Betty Ola Durham Irby, 90, widow of the late William Henry Irby, died at Kings Daughters Hospital in Yazoo City where had been a patient.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 6, from Southern Funeral Home in Durant with Rev. Makamson, assisted by Rev. Ed McDaniel and Rev. A.C. Bridges, officiating. Burial was in Mizpah Cemetery
Mrs. Irby was a native of Holmes County. She was a retired owner and operator of a grocery store, and a member the First Baptist in Durant.
She is survived by a brother, Walter Durham of Durant and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Bobby Charles Irby, Billy Irby, - Hughes, Murray Cain, - Burnley, Bennie Killebrew and Willie Martin - .
