Mrs Alice Caple died last evening at 7 o'clock at her home, Sandyville, after a years lingering illness, aged 72 years, 8 months, and 13 days. She was the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Kinsey Taylor. Besides her husband, Lewis W Caple, she is survived by the following: two daughters, Mrs Claude G Buckingham, and Miss Lottie Caple, at home, three sons, Bertrand and Guy W, Sandyville, and Ashland, Philadelphia; one sister, Mrs Amanda Lockard, Westminster, and one brother, Randolph Taylor, Thurmont; also by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the late residence Friday afternoon at 1 oclock. The Rev C K McCaslin, pastor of the Finksburg M P church will have charge of the services. Interment will be in the Sandymount cemetery.
