Lewis Winfield Caple, died this morning at his home near Sandyville. Mr Caple was aged 82 years, 11 months, 22 days and was the son of the late William Henry and Angela LaMotte Caple. The deceased is survived by one son, Guy W Caple, and two daughters, Mrs Claude G Buckingham and Miss Lottie N Caple, all of Sandyville; three half brothers, George H Caple, Westminster, Harry D Caple, Blatimore; and Edgar Caple, Chambersburg, Pa; and one half sister, Mrs Vernon Reese, Baltimore, also 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 11 o'clock from the home of the son, Guy W Caple. The pastor the Rev E W Simms will officiate assisted by the Rev Mr Dobson. Interment will be made in the Sandymount cemetery.
