The community was shocked Saturday morning by the announcement of the death the night before of John R. McEachran. He had been seriously ill for several weeks, but was considered much improved in health, when the end suddenly came. He was 42 years old and leaves a wife and son. The funeral from his late home was held Sunday afternoon and was largely attended, Mr. McEachran was a good neighbor, a true, faithful friend, a loving husband and father and will be greatly missed.
