Glendol was the oldest son of Doyle and Virginia Luna, brother to Dwight, Jerry, Geneva, Ralph, and Joella. He was born at home, 2 months premature which left him with Cerebral Palsy. Even though Glendol was handicapped, he was the life of the family and, like his mother, he was a prankster. He never forgot a face and kept watch out the front window for all passers-by. If you looked his way, you were often given one of his salutes rather than a wave.
