Dorothy was born November 23, 1904 in Rockville, CT and lived most of her life in Manchester. Prior to retiring in 1966, she was a legal secretary for many years.
She is survived by her daughter and son, Cynthia Robinson of Manchester, and Charles Agnew and his wife Sandra of Manchester; four grandchildren, Dena Eckstrom and her husband Peter, Lauren Van Houtryve and her husband Larry, Charles J. Agnew and his wife Diane, and David Agnew; four great-grandchildren, Crystal and Jessica Agnew, and Julia and Caroline Eckstrom; two step-grandchildren, Sandra Buckley and her husband Bruce, and Deborah Groff and her husband William Groff; a step-great-grandson, Matthew Buckley; a niece, Dorothy Wheelock; and a grandniece, Theona Wheelock. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her four sisters, Edythe Dexter, Mabel Cole, Marion Teabo, and Gladys Merriman; her son-in-law, Raymond Robinson; and her daughter-in-law, Lena Agnew.
Funeral services and burial in the East Cemetery in Manchester will be private.
