Eulabelle Borgrud, 89, Mahnomen, formerly Waubun, Minn., died Monday, Nov. 19, 2001, in the Mahnomen Health Center Nursing Home.
Eulabelle Cunningham was born Aug. 21, 1912, in Oklahoma. In 1915, she moved with her family to South Dakota where she attended school. The family moved in 1931 to the Waubun area. On Sept. 25, 1935, she married Ray Borgrud in Ogema, Minn. They farmed near Waubun until 1942 when they moved to Inglewood, Calif. In 1945, they moved to Minneapolis and later returned to the Waubun area where they farmed.
She is survived by her husband, of Waubun; a son, Gary (Vaun), Waubun; one grandchild and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tonight from 5-7, with a prayer service at 6, in Mattson Funeral Home, Mahnomen, and one hour before the funeral in the church.
Funeral: Friday at 2 in Lake Grove Lutheran Church near Waubun.
Burial: Lake Grove Lutheran Cemetery near Waubun.
