Mrs. Eunice Pack Wofford, 99, of 40 East Main Street, died Thursday, May 20, 2010 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Wofford was born in Inman on January 9, 1911, the daughter of the late Pinckney Thomas and Rosa (Martin) Pack.

She retired from Mayfair Mills and was a member of Inman Mills Baptist Church, the TEL Sunday School Class, IMBC Senior Citizens, faithful volunteer at Camp Care and Magnolia Manor of Inman Nursing Homes for many years and enjoyed her group of friends at the mall.

She is survived by a daughter, Kitty Respess and her husband Danny of Pantego, NC; a sister, Ila Pack of Inman; two grandchildren, Lance Respess of Pantego, NC, and Dayna R. Matkins and husband John of Washington, NC; one great-grandchild, Alexis Matkins; and a special nephew, Tommy Pack and his wife Sarah of Inman, and their children, Rebecca and Will Pack. She was predeceased by four brothers, Fred, Brownlow, Buford, and J. L. Pack; and three sisters, Tenette "Peanut" Acton, Myrtle P. Wilson, and Bertha Musgrove.

The family is at the home and will receive friends Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Inman Mills Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Funeral services will follow in the church sanctuary at 2:00 PM, with Revs. Jack Hames and Tommy Turner officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC.
