Robert Edward Crider, age nine, son of the Rev. and Mrs. R.C. Crider, died at Action Friday.
He had been ill five months and underwent two blood transfusions at the Methodist hospital.
He was born in Sandusky where his father was pastor from 1925 to 1927. The parents and a sister, Ruth Emily, survive.
The funeral was held in the Southport M.E. Church on Monday.
