Beatrice Lambert
Beatrice Lambert, 93, of 705 W. Pensacola St., died Monday at Tallhassee Memorial Regional Medical Center after a short illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Leon County and was employed by the Florida State College for Women before her retirement. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Earl Lambert, of Tallahassee; and two granddaughters, Mary Louise Dallis, of Tallahassee, and Ivey Boyd, of Fort Hall, Idaho.
Services are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. today at Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the Gideon Memorial Bible Fund. Culley & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Earl L. Lambert was the son of Zachary F.C. and Emma (Roberts) Lambert. His mother died when he was 7 months old and he was raised by his aunt, Beatrice (Roberts) Lambert, who also became his step-mother.
