Mrs. Ida Preston, 77, longtime resident of the Broadway community south of Paris, died here Thursday about 10 p.m. at Watson Convalesent Home where she had been the past month. Widow of C. H. Preston, she was born in Arkansas, August 16, 1883, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Travillion.
Services, Saturday at 2 p.m. will be conducted at the Full Gospel Church south of Paris by Sister Virgie Temple and Hugh Tomlinson, and named bearers are Cecil Sisson, Olan Jordan, Charles Preston, Dwight Thompson, Billy Smith, and Jimmy Don Preston.
McDonald Funeral Home of Cooper will make burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
