Oralia was preceded in death by her husband, Luis Rodriguez, father, Pedro G. Beltran, mother Felicitas Martinez Beltran; brother, Daniel Beltran; one infant brother and two infant sisters.
She was survived by sons, Louis Rodriguez of Pflugerville, TX, Ralph R. Rodriguez of Austin, TX, and Carlos A. Rodriguez of Karnes City, Tx; daughters Alicia F. Rodriguez of Karnes City, Tx. and Linda R. (John) Parra of San Antonio, TX; brother Pete Beltran of Clearfield, UT. She had two grandchildren and special friends were Ryan Parra and Victoria Parra.
