EVANSVILLE COURIER & PRESS OBITUARY – 04/30/2010
Patsy A. (Cheshire) Phillips, 72, of Evansville, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at VNA Charlier Hospice Center. Patsy retired from Evansville Plating after 26 years of service. She was of the Pentecostal Faith. Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by a son, Keith Phillips (Denise) of Evansville, IN; and sisters, Gayle Phillips of Evansville, IN, and Peggy Wells (Owen) of Kirkmansville, KY. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Martha (Dodd) & Joseph Cheshire; husband, Kenneth Phillips; and brothers, Jerry, Joseph, John, Jack & Tom Cheshire. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., with Rev. Darrell Rice officiating. Burial will be held at Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit from 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Browning Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6301 Old Boonville Hwy, Ste. B, Evansville, IN 47715.
